From garden kimchi to pickles, pesto and assorted spreads, I am always looking for ways to use what I have an abundance of. I am usually making ferments, pickles and preserves to stock up for the colder months or to cook with daily to add quick and unique flavors to my meals. I'll always remember what a wise mentor told me as a young chef - "You are only as good as what you have stocked in your pantry!"
